I haven't been on here very much lately but have just checked and am quite scared at how far up the list I am!!! I am 28 weeks now and everything has settled down and seems to be going well.

I have got a few big purchases to make quite soon. One of the things is a travel system and I think I would like to buy a quinny buzz with the cabrio fix car seat. Has anybody got one of these, also do you know if it fits in a 2004 Volkswagen Polo????

Got my midwife appt on Friday and have just started my list as I always forget when I get there too!!

I think its too early but Im very tempted to order the Tommee Tippee nappy bin from Mothercare, its down to £9.99 and I had an email just now with 10% off evrything.

Anybody got one, used one or think anything about it????

I don't like "fancy" cheeses or any nuts anyway so I'm not missing out too much. Only things I'd normally have which I now can't are pate and dippy eggs.

I phoned and left a msg for my midwife today. Hopefully she'll phone me back tomorrow and let me know when my scan date is. I'm not worried (much!) about anything; just want to find out when it is so I can think about the need to book a private scan too (thinking about budgets really!).

OH got down on one knee on Friday, put his hand on my tum and said I've made him the happiest man in the world and would I make him even happier by marrying him.

I was so taken aback and so delighted with my ring that I forgot to say Yes!! It was about half an hour later when he said "you didn't answer my question"

I'll be 15 weeks on Thursday and still feel like a sack of cack!

Had the most horrendous migrane last week for 48 hours, it felt like my head was going to blow off! I'm still getting headaches now, but not as bad as that migraine thank God! Still completely off hot foods still and still gag and puke when my toothbrush comes anywhere near my mouth ~ hopefully all that will subside soon and I'll feel my normal self.

Only a few weeks until my next scan now, can't wait for that!

Me and OH were having a chat this morning and have names now for both a boy and a girl, so hopefully I'll find out at the scan what we're having.

Don't you get a voucher for a free one with the Bounty pack from the hospital?

My friend did when her baby was born in March, but I suppose they might change the offer at any time!

I had a nappy bin, same as that one, when I had my son. We lived in a flat then and it was a Godsend not having to traipse down to the main bin with a stinky nappy!

I saw how much they have come down now and although it may seem like a bargain, if you live in a house, you don't really need one. Think of the cost of the cassettes you need too, I don't think they are cheap.
