AM - i really feel for you love. i know you have a lot of things going on at the minute. i wasnt aware that warren could have a heart condition (i did disappear for a few weeks during last month).
i have suffered previously myself but have been okay of late despite the odd day here or there. however this past week i have felt myself slipping when i know i shouldnt be. i'm happy i'm pregnant, scared, but that's normal.
look after yourself and that will mean warren's looked after to. i'm a fine one to talk becuase i dont take my own advice but keep talking to people.

Just doing a bit off house-keeping hope that's ok?
Don't know what I'm doing on here soo late I'm gonna be sicky-pooh tomorrow!!
I've not been on for a while as I've been suffering with about 4 illnesses _pale_ shan't bother to go into that as I'd be typing for an hour! latest prob that I'm gonna contact doc about is the tip of my tongue is super sore, all my taste buds are swollen and I've got about 4 infected taste buds plus a few ulcers on inside of cheeks n lips, tongue feels like when you burn it on a hot cuppa only the pain has been constant for 3 days now!!
Must also add to all those first timers... DO YOUR PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISES!! I've got a bad cough plus MS so I have managed to properly wet myself 3 times in the last week plus lots of smaller incidents:eek: at least at my booking in app my MW referred me saying my infrequent dribbles would prob get worse with this preg but they prob won't contact me/do anything until after bubba arrives so just relying on good old Tena pads for the foreseeable future :rolleyes:0 -
Funnily enough, there were free samples of always envive (I think that's what they were called - like Tena anyway) in the mum-to-be Bounty pack I picked up! Now I know why..0

Astonsmummy Im so sorry that you have depression it must be making it all so much harder, can they offer you any alternative treatments that doesnt involve popping pills??
Icklebeans Ive spent that last week getting DH to give me twin vibes after reading your fab news but no such luck, a very nosey active alien but just one:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -

astonsmummy wrote: »Well the nuchal fold scan thingy can also mean heart probs so he has to be scanned back at kings college on a special heart scan and a cardiologist has to look at it. he's propbably fine but I'm a big worryer.
AM - sorry, forgive my ignorance, i didn't realise that the nuchal fold scan can also mean heart problems. will teach me to read more about the scans i am having done
can appreciate being a 'big worrier'. i think that's half my problem, i worry so much for other peoples and things i have no control over that i can worry myself sick (a bit like i am at the mo really).
hoping to have a productive day at work, well that is the plan.
hope all other ladies are well.0 -
((((HUGS)))) AM - knowing that you are down is the first step towards dealing with it. You have a lot on your mind and your hormones will be b00gered so it is hardly surprising really. Take care of yourself and Aston and Warren and you can always get it out of your system on here.
Congrats to all the newbies :T
elle - moving house can be very stressful - be careful not to bit off more than you can chew! You may not have much room at the moment but for the first 6 months or so you will prob want to have baby close anyway so no need for an extra bedroom etc yet.
onlyroz - a birthday between Christmas and New Year will be lovelyloads of people are off work at that time and it is always a bit of a 'family' time (plus you can buy birthday gifts in the sales if you are organised enough
)
Miss C - let us know how you get on with the midwife this morning.please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
well im sitting here feeling bloody stupid tears streaming down my face and shaking, my OH is a a training course at the mo which he is absolutly loving. he left at 7.30 to go and ge petrol and then head to the site which is only about 15/20 mins drive away. at 9am the course phoned to ask where he was and could i get him to contact them, tried his mobile a few time and no answer, phoned his friend and his dad and they hadnt seen or heard either. starting to panic i phoned the course back only to be told that there had been a huge accident and it had taken her a bit longer to get in. alarm bells were ringing as i thought he would answer his phone if he wa ok. so thinking the worse i was sat here thinking what am i going to do!
well he has just phoned to say he is ok had his phone on silent and had ran in and got changed without the girls in the office seeing him. i feel relieved but still cannot calm down and feel so stupid thinking the worse. i even checked online banking to see what time he got petrol but it wasnt available??? BREATH LOLWhat's for you won't go past you0 -
cazscoob - have a lie down chick and try to calm down a bit, what a terrible fright - you were bound to jump to conclusions.
And tell hubby that if he leaves his phone on silent when you go into labour then you may give birth without him!!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
AM, hope you're feeling brighter today. Lots of hugs to you xxx
I'm sitting in today waiting for the mw. I always miss the clinic on a Tuesday when I have a scan so have to have a home visit. Wish she would hurry up! lol. I have been up and showered since 8am as they start visiting at 8:30!
We actually moved house when Poppy was 4 days (yes, FOUR!) old!. Its just the way it happened and looking back I'm glad the two stressful events happened together and were over with. It was hard work though.
MFD, did you get that report written in time?!
