Congrats to all new BFP's there's been loads must be something in the water (or staying in more cos of the credit crunch)

Had to post on the jaundice issue and say keep your fingers crossed mine doesn't have it.

Millie wants to call the baby Homer (yuck!) and in a moment of madness I said if it comes out and its yellow we'll call it Homer, jaundice never crossed my mind!

just had the name discussion with my sons, one said call him fang or scar (bearing in mind we dont know the sex yet), the other said well it better be a boy or im selling it lol

Someone asked about 'preventing' spd earlier didn't they?

Just spoke to the midwife, who said that I should sit with my knees together, take dainty steps and keep my legs together when getting out of bed or out of the car. No sitting with legs splayed! Now just got to try and remember to do that!

God I am terrible for sitting with my legs crossed (you know like a kid on the floor)

I guess I had better stop that one then.

I can take little steps I suppose but I will never be dainty!!

As for getting out of bed and the car - how do you do that without opening your legs :rotfl: :rotfl:



Blotted - I KNEW he would be a biggie!!

Milliesmum and Mirrorimage - at least with the stupid suggestions for names you can just laugh at them - DSS has decided that he likes Adrian as a name for his brother. Adrian!!! Where the hell did that come from? It's a sensible suggestion for a name, just not one I like (no offence meant to any Adrians or their mums!) - so I just had to say 'we'll see' :rolleyes:

I was sitting with my legs splayed as she was telling me all this. Its only been 20 minutes and I'm fed up of sitting like a lady! She said it will hopefully get better when the baby is a bit bigger and not so low down, so fingers crossed!

I have my 34w scan tomorrow which I'm really looking forward to.....but before that Poppy has to have some needles! :eek:. They were sort of ok when she was a little tiny newbie but now she will have an idea of whats going on .
