What does 'pelvic girdle pain' feel like? I'm wondering what can explain the achy pain at the sort of base of my belly.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

Its definitely not that bad. Just pain in my hips and an ache in my lower belly that gets worse as the day goes on. Hips tend to click a lot at night, and when coming down the stairs. Probably just growing pains. Midwife on Thursday, so hopefully that'll reassure me!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

Can't wait till it's all over and done with and then we will know one way or the other, also i'm hping for twins!! We had a m/c last time but there were 4 pregnancy sacs in there so we could manage it again!

Quick question - I am about to place a big order with vertbaudet (mostly for knickers as my old ones are cutting off the circulation to my hips!) and I have a code that gives you £15 off (+ a free gift) if spending over £20. My question is, does anyone know if I can then use this discount on later orders? If so I will divide my order into £20 chunks to maximise my savings but being lazy, if it doesn't work, it would be far easier to just place one big order.
Any ideas ladies?
Now I'm off to catch up with about 40 pages of posts...
NOTE : Editted to remove code - thanks SB!0 -
Hi Canada, I'm almost sure you're not allowed to post codes on this thread so you might be asked to remove it
. But I'm sure you find lots of useful info here. I certainly did!

Hiya!
I found out that I'm expecting on Saturday. AF was a week late and my boobies just didn't feel "right". I didn't tell DH that I was testing lol. I found some out of date cheapie tests in the bathroom cupboard and that came up + almost straight away. So I told DH then used a digital one just to make sure and then went to Superdrug and got some of their own to make triple sure lol. Bubs is due around 5th July.
We're not telling anyone (apart from DH parents) until after 12 weeks as I had a missed miscarriage back in July and having to tell people I had lost the baby was awful, so we don't want to have to go through all that again if something goes wrong again. That's why I'm joining this thread as I need to be able to talk pregnancy to people who don't know me.
I can't get excited as I'm petrified it's all going to end in tears. We have tried for so long, and have been through so much to have another child that until I feel this one move, it won't be real. I'm off to the doctors in a bit to hopefully get a referral to my gyn for extra care as I have pcos and a history of pre-eclampsia.
I can't believe how many ladies are due around the same time as me. Fingers crossed for all of us!0
