I know cycle 5 isn't very many at all, just frustrating when other people in the family seem to get pregnant the moment they think about babies and I'm feeling a bit impatient, I want it now!! I started to get ready to ttc in December 2007 when I came off the pill, had tried for a few cycles then decided to get married first instead...even though we haven't been actively trying that long it feels like ages.

I know, it's so frustrating. Partilcularly one of hubby's family, they had been together for maybe 12 months when they announced they were getting married and now after maybe 3 years together she's nearly 12 weeks pregnant. We've been together nearly 7 years and have been talking about babies for the last 3 really, they just suddenly jumped in and got married then got pregnant before us and it feels really unfair!!

I have been a bit like that with a member of my family. I got with my OH and within 8 months we were engaged. 2 weeks later a family member announced she was engaged, but I know for a matter of fact if I hadn't done it, they wouldn't have either!!

Thanks for all the advice yesterday i didnt get a chance to answer any of it because computer keeps being a pri(k and crashing so i madeOH phone for that which computer guide thing advertised on the telly maybe it can tell me what almost 4 years of college cant lol

As some of you already know about my OHs brother and his girlfriends now 4th illigitimate child you already know i hate her for it but she done the same thing with the wedding too, we announced our engagement in september and then they were engaged in october but the bit that annoyed me most is OHs mum threw them a party and not us. They dont see alot of OH as he was in care for 10 years and doesnt feel all that close to the rest of his family but youd think his mum would atleast make an effort to make up for some of her many failings as a mother to him. The future sister in law was here last weekend and all she talked about was "i cant lift that its heavy and im pregnant" "oh we cant go there... im pregnant" sitting rubbing her stomach all day GRRR:mad: .... horrible slag

Ok rant over lol :D Hows everyone else?

I'm feeling really emotional, tortured myself by going and looking at baby stuff in next and was almost in tears by the time I left. I know I shouldn't look and I know we haven't been trying that long and it'll happen when it happens but some broody days I just can't help myself.

Emmzy, you just made me LOL !!! :rotfl: You've got the right attitude, hun. Let it out and then get on with it! Thanks for the laugh, my first of the day! Families, eh.

Oh Lambanana, been there, done that. Can't say it gets any easier, but just keep hoping like me that your day will come, x

Lambanana, I've done the same hun so you're not on your own

I've taken to scowling at people who don't seem to give a !!!!!! about their kids. There was one in the Post Office this morning, letting her 3 or 4 year old little boy wander around on his own and didn't give a crap when he nearly tripped someone over cause he wasn't being watched.....GGGRRRR!

I have been known to say things, nunnygirl, when I see very inappropriate parenting! I can be very untactful at times, much to my OH's embarrassment...

Well, I don't care! The children are the most important thing, not silly girlie mother's feelings :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
