I had my booking in apt last week just waiting for scan dates. Can't believe midwife doesn't want to see me now untill sept when i will be 26 wks as got hosp apt inbetween. Still can't relax until i have had a scan i tried to see if i could get an early one because of my history but she said no as not having any bleeding this time.

Leopardlady, don't yet know where in the country OH will be when/if I OV this cycle (don't think I did last time ) so will have to wait and see. So frustrating! Plus, realised today I should have started using the ClearBlue monitor on CD1 and I forgot what with everything else going on. I'm currently taking one step forward and twelve back!
But good news on the car front - garage fitted me in today and fixed the problem for free! You could have picked my mouth up off the floor, it was just so nice of them. But they pointed out I've put a lot of work their way and I deserved it. Ermm, OK if you say so! Some people never fail to amaze me. :T
So good to hear from everyone today - I can spot a few of you who might soon be posting BFPs - how exciting! I think sometimes I SS some of you more than you do yourselves! I'm only jealous.
OH's sperm will have well and truly regenerated by the time we BD again - it has been over two months. No wonder I'm starting to climb up the walls! :rotfl:
So get BDing to make up for me please...0 -
MadMac it's not too late with the clearblue monitor. You can set it up to day 6. You just hold the "m" button down until it gets to the day that corresponds with your cycle day. Make sure you set it at a good time as well because you get 3 hours either side of the time you initially set it for testing. I set mine at about 8.00am which means I can use it when I wake at 5.30ish desperate for the loo or 11.00am if we have a very long lie in!
One thing I'm learning as well is that I seem to have odd numbers of tests left (probably because I stop testing after peak as don't see the point) so I've had 3 tests from one box and 4 from another! Very annoying as they say to only use the same batch during one cycle. I've now taken to trawling the shelves to find a box with the same batch so I'm not wasting them!0 -
Hi all,
My OH and I have been TTC for about 2 months. Im on CD 26 today and have been SS like MAD! I was very very naughty yesterday day and did a clear blue test and could have sworn I got a very very very faint positive. But when I showed my OH he said I was imagining it!
Not sure what to think?! Have been getting sore bbs, really bad headaches, dodgy belly (Sorry!) and a general sickness feeling.
Maybe I just have the flu?!!! Anyway, baby dust to everyone.

becs, thanks for that - I'll give it a go. Do you want any of us to look out for batches for you? Just say and I will!
Welcome samedwards, how long is your cycle normally? Might be worth waiting now until AF is due before you test again, but is sounding promising and a positive is a positive in my book, however faint, so fingers crossed for you.
Morning all!0 -
Morning ladies, well i am feeling so tired this morning, as OH made me get up and do a swim at 7am!!! The pool was lovely, but i am sooo unfit it hurts more than it should! oh well, good to get into some sort of routine
Slimmer then pg and get fatter!
well OH is just about coping with the increase in bding i have put on him, i said every day this week and he went great ok then, then last night he turned over and said can we have a break tomorrow night? (lol)
Well i have lots of ewcm and the tests have been a feint positive for two days and FF says i will ovulate today, so not sure today is the perfect day to have a rest! Oh well, lets see what tonight brings. So CD 14 of 29 so lets see.

Morning all,
Hope everyone is well?
Welcome samedwards - sounds promising, fingers crossed
MacMac - 2 months?! Bl**dy hell - I'm climbing the walls by 2 weeks (rant to follow!)
I'm on CD20 of an expected 28 day cycle, we missed all the important days (grrr oh) so am fairly certain I'm out. Most annoying part is that AF is due to arrive next Wednesday night/Thursday morning, smack bang in the middle of my holiday
I'm beginning to get annoyed with OH - he's eternally 'tired' around the important days, and every other day...we used to have loads (sorry, tmi!) but now he just can never be bothered. I ask every night and he either just neglects to respond and carries on reading his book or concedes with so little enthusiasm that I don't want to. ARGH. We did 3 nights at the start of last week, then Sunday night, after not having any for at least 2 weeks before, and none now since Sunday, presumably none til next week...then onto new cycle...I don't know what to do, he's driving me mad!
Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j0 -
Oh gymfriend i am sorry your OH is being so annoying! I am sending you a virtual hug, not that it will make any difference. I think my Oh has only just got the energy because one of his best mates girlfriend has just had a little girl and the photos on Facebook have spurred him on! (lol) I spent the first year of trying always asking and very rarely getting. Men can be sooo useless sometimes!
And yes MadMac i don't how you are coping! 2mths is a very long time, you are a very very strong person!
Take care all.Leopardlady
