You need to connect it up with an ethernet cable to get there if the wireless isn't working (or use a different pc), or try these, then click wireless.

Not sure about your V3, but some older models had a daughterboard with a wireless card in, and when it came loose, the router would revert to a non wireless dg834Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0 -
The routerlogin link took me to the Netgear site which I have already contacted for support, they haven't replied and the IP address link came up as " this URL not found on the Netgear site". I'm on the main PC now connected with an ethernet cable. Now I'm really confused!!:odoing what I do best...trying!!-- lainey :j

Have you tried removing the power on your router for a few minutes. The IP address above should take you to the routers log-in screen. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

routerlogin.com is (or should be if your dns is setup properly ) your router config screen, not the netgear site, if it doesn't work, use the 192.168.0.1 address. if that doesn't work
start, run, cmd
ipconfig
note and use the gateway address in IE, it might be 192.168.1.1Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0 -
I have tried that thanks but i'll give another go and let you know.......doing what I do best...trying!!-- lainey :j
