Thanks floxxie what you have said worked!!! I've been clearing out today so i now have some space on my bedroom floor. I decided to come to bed about an hour ago but brought the laptop through just so i could read the MSE threads. I was feeling quite down about not having listed anything all weekend so was just going to go to sleep when i noticed a pile of magazines lying in the corner. Next thing i know im putting them on turbo lister and now they are listed on ebay!!! :j I've only put them on to start at 50p and im doubting that they will sell but i do feel alot better i have now done something. I have listed 22 magazines which only took just over an hour as there wasn't much i needed to change in the title or description and turbo lister is so easy to use when you don't need to change postage or starting prices
I still have some left to put on but i think i have done enough for tonight... off to catch up on the other threads.... hope the motivation to put some proper stuff on comes back soon.
Good luck with everyones listings

Well done Lexxx and Completely Lost that's really good going :j :j :j
I sold one item out of 3 that were ending today for £3 including posting... it was a DVD so maybe only get about £1 after fees and posting but it's still a £1 in my pocket :T the other two items have now been relisted!
Listings now total 300 with 9 items currently selling for £14.39

Bl**dy hell BB, talk about motivation; that's seriously impressive! Well done and may it keep on going. It really is easy to either give up or think 'I won't bother putting that on, nobody will buy it' but until you do it is going to sit there and the debts won't go away. Hope your magazines get sold.
CL and Lexxx - excellent news. Sounds like you are going to be busy packing :rotfl:
Still haven't managed to get the Auctiva listings on..now my details aren't matching..could have something to do with me getting frustrated a few months ago and deleting all sorts of things. Very frustrating but will get sorted tomorrow.
Otherwise 2/13 items have bids and 1 has 2 watchers. It's made my day 'selling' those two items.
Catch up tomorrow.

I have lots to list today but probably should do my proper job first or get sacked! ha ha.

I always find the weird things sell best as well. My house is a tip so I have hundreds of places still to look to find things for my personal account, I just remembered that I have a floor to ceiling toy cupboard that actually has a bed against it so hasn't been opened for a couple of years...mmm, wonder if I can move a bed on my own?
The only thing is my ebay business account is suffering, I have been so busy listing on my personal account that I am merely ticking over on my business account. I think I got a bit disheartened though as so much of my proper stuff was going for low amounts and the work involved just seems to be never ending. I may have to spend a few days now concentrating on the business account and then come back to my personal bits and bobs later.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Slight exaggeration but I do have lots of itemsToo much month, not enough Cash!

Picked up a new pricing leaflet from the PO today, goodness some of the prices are increasing! I found a lot of my items go in the packet rate up to 250g, I send 2nd class and that used to cost £1.63 second class from next Monday it will cost £1.85.
I do hope anything that gets won on Thursday is paid for straight away, otherwise I will have underestimated some of the postage costs if they have to go next week.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
