Hi, am I too late to join you all on this one? If not I'd like to give it a go, I've got loads of items that were in the spare room which I cleared out at the weekend so have about enough stuff to do around 20 a day for the next millenium! Slight exaggeration but I do have lots of items

Of course! This thread appears to be for people with lots of stuff so you are welcome.

Picked up a new pricing leaflet from the PO today, goodness some of the prices are increasing! I found a lot of my items go in the packet rate up to 250g, I send 2nd class and that used to cost £1.63 second class from next Monday it will cost £1.85.

I do hope anything that gets won on Thursday is paid for straight away, otherwise I will have underestimated some of the postage costs if they have to go next week.

I have underestimated all my postage as I have put them on 10 day listings! Might go and change some of them later if they have no bids/watchers. Thank goodness these listings are from Turbolister and not Auctiva as I can never edit properly on Auctiva.

Just dealing with children and will then start on eBay at 7ish.

    Catch up later.

I always find the weird things sell best as well. My house is a tip so I have hundreds of places still to look to find things for my personal account, I just remembered that I have a floor to ceiling toy cupboard that actually has a bed against it so hasn't been opened for a couple of years...mmm, wonder if I can move a bed on my own?

The only thing is my ebay business account is suffering, I have been so busy listing on my personal account that I am merely ticking over on my business account. I think I got a bit disheartened though as so much of my proper stuff was going for low amounts and the work involved just seems to be never ending. I may have to spend a few days now concentrating on the business account and then come back to my personal bits and bobs later.

I have never got the impression that your house would be a tip. Think you had better come round here to see a house that is a proper tip ;) ( oh, and mustn't forget the garage..)

Posted 5 items today, but missed the silly postman cos he had come to take the parcels earlier. duh! must change my posting time. all in all a good day. sold something for 50 pounds plus p and p today that really boosted me.
im lucky so far that everyone has paid instantly - it does worry me that people muck you about - no doubt i will come across that in time.
have listed 4 items today and have more to do. plus about 30 thousand games to go on - well maybe not quite that many but a bout 70 games i think. wonder if ps 2 games etc sell ok?
worst time of day in our house at moment, tea, homework, bath bed, then at about 7.30.. peace! till 7am tomorrow when it starts all over again :-)

Just popping by...mrscmr well done! You could look at Amazon and musicmagpie for selling CDs, DVDs and games.

Just about to eat dinner and will then get my account sorted.

Totally fed up with Auctiva as for the third day running it won't let me do lots of listings. I am looking at the turbo lister installation button now, dare I instal it, no one seems quite sure if I can use it as well as Auctiva..shall I click......

^^ I'm not sure if you can use it at the same time but TurboLister is really easy to use!
