Thanks Soolin. That's really messy isn't it?
Polish buyer is telling me that they can supply a UK address but I would rather pay the fees. They haven't paid yet and I'm not sure they can either as I don't have the option for them to put in their own postage (at least I don't think I do ).
I'm not sure what I did...clicked a box to say that the buyer wanted item shipping to a country I don't ship to. I then relisted and another buyer came along and paid. Did get another email from Polish buyer to tell me that item does work abroad (although on a Google search, it states several times that this item does not work outside the UK).
I'm not going to communicate with them anymore.
Thanks JesaRose for advice on how to add the new thread - I tried it and of course couldn't get it to work
Don't forget the Polish buyer can leave feedback and make a non performing seller complaint. It is never a good idea to stop responding to a buyer, a bad neg can really hurt your business if it is well worded and any red on your expanded seller dashboard (from an ebay warning) can push you close to suspension unless you are a big seller.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks Soolin,
Have checked my listing and not only does it state UK buyers only in my description; it also has on the right hand side 'seller will post to UK' - now that seems somewhat unfair that a non-UK buyer can bid on an item that the selller has stated they will not post abroad. 2 items finished today, one went for £2.25 ( a cardi that had been in my wardrobe for ages and never worn), and the other went for £3.70 (picked up at a car boot for 50p last summer). Not exactly a fortune but all helps
I want to get 5 more items on tonight. I have 3 others on there at the moment, I know its a tiny amount but I'm struggling to find stuff to put on there, need the car boots to start up again

Please can I join, but be gentle with me I am an ebay novice - lol
Only sold a handful of items, but am motivated to do more with this challenge
Is there any tips on listing lots of items in one go? When I sold a few items "a while ago" it took me ages, and I'm afraid I gave up ! tut, tut0 -

hi,
Just registered to the forum today though ive been reading threads etc for a while now.
I started selling things on ebay after finding this thread, finally after saying 'dont throw that away I can sell it on ebay' I have finally started to sell them on ebay.
Ive got a day left on my first batch of items and its going well, already picking my brains as to what to put on next because it really is suprising the things that I thought wouldnt sell have fetched a really good price.
Thank you to everyone in this group for giving me the encouragement to start selling.
