tmd - i have everything in a spreadsheet to keep it easy to track plus i use the reports built into paypal ... helps me focus and keeps me on target.. i really want to do 1000 amonth if poss.

Will have to mess about with spreadsheets and see what I can do. I only have Microsoft Works Spreadsheet, it's just getting the formula sorted that I find hard.

Got the flu at the moment so will have to start Ebaying again when I'm better, we also had a leak from the ceiling in our office (downstairs) after having a new boiler fitted, water was dripping from the light fitting and also running down the wall and from the door frame, good job I moved all my boxes of Ebay stuff out the way, one box did get wet at the bottom but luckily everything was dry inside, it's all now sitting in our bedroom so need to work my way through it, just sod's law it happens and then I'm ill.

i have 361 items listed at mo and a pile ready to go on. its a real shame that books are now free p and p cos im not doing so well on those now. sold all my embroidery mags though!

Got my first EVER Negative today, been using Ebay since 2002 and I've never had a Neg, stupid person didn't even e-mail me to say they weren't happy, I clearly stated in the auction that it had a mark so and would have mentioned anything else wrong with it but they said it was discoloured, it wasn't as I check everything before I post it out.

My feedback has gone down to 99.8% because of it I thought it only went down one point so should be 99.9%

Oh well, you can't please some people!!

The percentage that a neg pushes you down is dependent on the feedback for the full year, so for every 100 feedback one neg would move you 1 whole percentage point. Also on the 30 day rolling period you need to make sure you sell a bit now to get positive feedback otherwise your percentage feedback will actually get worse.

My business account is fine but I'm being very lazy with the personal sales and I am sitting here surrounded by junk I have got out of various cupboards and I have lost motivation to list it. I can't even see the dining room table any more which is embarrassing as my son has his head of year come and do private tutoring once a week and I am embarrassed when we have to make room for her to work.

I have sorted some into piles as I think I might just take some things to the charity shop instead, but i really would like to get 25 items listed today. So far I only have one on my turbo lister.

Hi guys, i have been away for weeks, my sister was very seriously ill and i have taken on another job so i have been ultra busy. I am sorry that i just let the lists and things get so slack, i havn't even been reading the board or on MSE in fact! My ebay motivation has also been pathetic i am very dissapointed in myself and i must get back into it! Starting today!

I have just joined MSE ! Expecting my second baby in the next couple of weeks and have clothes donated by my sister for boys and girls to aged 3. So either way I will have loads of clothes to sell really soon. I would love to join this group as I want to save some money to go and see my sister who has just emmigrated.
