Your mother doesn't have any details in common with you at all does she, similar name..ever used the same PC to log into ebay etc. Shill bidding will be detected, even if you did it for a genuine reason, and you face a ban. Be careful.

EDIT: You have more bids on your ticket, it is now at £10.50 and your book has gone up as well.

Yeah its gone up to £10.50 and shipping to uk which is even better, cant go wrong!
£8.50 for the book isnt too bad, just a shame it cost me so much in the first place.

Ive done it before and never had a problem from ebay, but will be careful in the future, thanks.

i've literally had to force myself to do my 5 today, the thought of doing it bores me but once i've started i cant stop! it's actually so fun.. but all i have to do is read some of the posts on here and it gears me up.. cant believe how much some of you have made! :T

Got 7 current items.. 2 have already sold for BIN totalling 7.50 (not inc p&p) and 5 have bids on, none are big items, just leg warmers and a few fancy dress bits from my girly nights out! bids are totalling £12 (not inc p&p) and all have lots of watchers, 6 hours to go!. Out of the two items i have listed with no bids, one of them has 3 watchers and the starting price is £20 whcih for this brand new watch is a great, cheap price so hopefully one of them will bid.

I'm so excited, £20 doesnt seem much but if i can make that in two days from little bits then what can i do in 10 days?!.. and 20?!.. i know ebay is swings and roundabouts but im trying to be really positive today ~ money is getting me down today!

    xoxo

  • Hi all,

I've not posted for a while but I met my ebay challenge and now paypal has suspended my account for hitting a £1700 limit!!!! So have got to wait til it can be unsuspended before I'm up and running again!

Fear not though, I shall be busy taking pics and prepping listings in the meantime!

You haven't been suspended you have just reached your receiving limit and would have had warnings before you got there. You just need to do the enhanced verification thingy, which is simple enough and your account will be back and running again with no problem.

If you want more info about the limits ask on the ebay board.

Listed 5 today and relisted 1. I listed a load of comic books the other night probably about 26 and have a few bids on some of them they finish tomorrow as I only did them for 3 days.

Still got so much more to do but am finding it hard with the kids off school, we are dog sitting too so have to watch the dog with the kids although he's been really good with them).

Hoping to do some 3 and 5 day ones for tomorrow, was feeling sick this morning when OH was here so couldn't do any then but hopefully tomorrow I can get a few done.

    Off to bed now.

Got 23 listed at the minute, only two with bids though mind you one item stands at £30.00 and six watchers on the other items.

Not too bad really for things that were lying around:D

Phew! Sent 63 parcels over the past 2 weeks! I'm over half way for my target for August already! :j:j:T:T:j:j

BUT...I've made a boo boo on two of my listings. I've listed the wrong sizes on both and have only just discovered this when packing them up to send.

So I'll have to confess all to the successful bidders and take the negative feedback that might come my way. Very annoyed with myself! Not surprised it has happened though, I have been juggling A LOT of items

Well done to everyone with getting their listings up there-takes so much motivation!

I am slacking i have to do 20 listings for tonight .. ooops!

I have a bit of a problem though, i was fiddling with my paypal and saw the unverified so decided to verify it. i've made a right pigs ear of it, i've popped myself i nthe charity/non-profit category and now it wants all this evidence from me.. how can i sort this out simply? .. or is it a long jobbie? ..

Dont feel like selling anything else just in case they keep my money on hold!

Anyways, got 7 things to post after work, fun fun fun. *sarcasm* wish the post office was a bit prettier to look at!

Hi all! well my plan to list 50 items this week failed as I had to go back to work! never mind. Will try and get the numbers up this week.
I have been relisting a magazine at 99p for months and there's never been any interest in it and I checked today and it's gone up to £6!!

Hope everyone has a good weekend!
