MMM bit confused and wondered if anyone has come across this.

I was just about to start a non pay dispute for one of my items that was sold on the 1/8/09 and when I clicked on the 1 item awaiting payment and looked at the account there is now a timer on the payment syymbol and it says the buyer marked this has payment sent on the 7/08/09. Now nothing hs come i through paypal and its still down on my account as waiting for payment. Any idea what this means and should I wait to start the non payment dispute?

Could they have sent a cheque or postal order????

    Guys

Just to let you all know that I have had a beautiful little girl. She was born on the 30th July & weighed in at 7lb 6oz.
So now I need the extra space as we have had lots of beautiful items bought for not only my dd2, but also for dd2. So I really need to get my bum into gear....

I am now on a mission.

Does anyone keep a spread sheet with what they have sold, with the fees taken out & the post etc??? I really want to keep a record of all the stuff I have sold so was wondering if anyone uses one & if they have a template they could send to me???

    Many thanks

    Ginga

Congratulations Gingababe! What a beautiful name.

I don't use a spreadsheet as I haven't got time to manage the little things let alone keep track but if I was going to work out how much profit I have made I personally would do it on a monthly basis when the eBay invoice came through.
I get receipts for all my postage so I would add that and the Ebay fees and any packing costs and take it off the total of Paypal, cash, cheques and postal orders I have received.
