Tesco misprice policy discussion area II

I have dealt with CS at Chorley before and they are aware that I know about the r&r policy, but it seems to me that Tesco now class me and others on this board in the same way that they view shoplifters, i.e. following us around the store, CCTV surveillance, pinning photos of "persistent offenders" in security offices etc.quote
I love the paranoia that some of you people suffer from, do you honestlythink that security staff have the time to follow people like you.LOL, you carry on doing it and get more paranoid than you are now.0 -

Tapes are bit old fashioned now, its up to date hard drives.0 -
My wife asked if i'd like to go shopping tonight.
Usually go to Tesco, 5 extras within 15-20 miles. Cost gallon of juice. Result free dinner, CD to listen to. You know the score.
No I said 'let's go to Morrisons for a change', no aggro at the CS at morrisons, cos you don't go looking for a misprice and if you are overcharged, then what the hell, get the difference back. As it happens £50 odd shop, no overcharge. No pressure to find misprices.
Had I gone to Tesco I would have been looking for misprices, not looking for what was on our shopping list, my usual time in a Tesco is 1 1/2 hours, shopping done tonight in 1/2 hour. What a breeze.
The point i'm trying to make, is, (and don't get this wrong, I'm a hardened misprice finder, and my total r+r is up with the best) I've been listening to you lot bickering for about 3 days solid now. And I needed to chill, as some of you on here at the moment need to do. Take a day out, away from the firing line, shop elsewhere, enjoy the non-excitement of not looking for misprices. It worked for me.
Then all refreshed, go sort out Mr T's tomorrow.
Thanks for listening

Had you read the rest of this thread, you would know that on more than one occasion, misprice hunters that have become known to the store have been followed by security.0 -

You may just have a very good store near you. There are 2 stores near me, one is really hot on misprices, and I've only found a couple there over the last year.
The other isn't very good at all, and each shopping trip I can guarantee to spot at least 6 mispriced items (although I rarely buy any of them as their CS is too slow / painful).
You may also have a MSEr shopping at your local store who gets all the R&Rs the day before you!

I spent weeks before I spotted a misprice. Once you spot one and know what you are looking for it is easy and you'll probably, if you are like me realise you haven't been looking in the right place.Look after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves0 -
