Think I would do that now but at the time I was a virgin at R and R so wasn't sure what to do but thanks for advice :T
  • Thanks everone, I finally got my first misprice today. I come on here every week before I go shopping and never have any luck. Well today, with thanks to Scottie1, I got my first Green Day International Superhits. Sticker on front £6.97, charged £7.97 :j I'm really pleased, sitting listening to it now. Has made me feel better after today noticing how much lots of my grocery item seem to have gone up in price. :xmassmile

I got my first R&R yesterday, It was the Thomas light up book which is not much compared to what some people have got, but i am thrilled to have something from them after all the money i must have spent over the last 2o odd years. Thanks,Regards, Elaine

    ahhh, what a evening!

Brought a DAB Recorder for £99.99 and looked at the mobile phones, picked up a Moto V2 for £139.99 IIRC - proceed to the till and the lad forgot to take off the £20 (yippee - not!) Paid for both phone and record without any reduction, so the contract was made at the POS - Went to the CS desk to get the mobile, while she went off to collect the phone I had a reread at the policy. She came back and pointed out that I am missing the reduction hence a over price. She called a Manager who refused to believe its a misprice - I said that it is as you (Tesco store) didn't take off the reduction for the offer. They then went to refund the phone and re-sold it to me a lower price?!:! of £119.99. Not working to the policy... nice call tomorrow to CS on the free phone number - bear in mind the manager did give me £15 as a goodwill for keeping me there for 30min (dam right). Recorder has to go back as its faulty...

Anyone can give me some strong words for the CS desk tomorrow???

    Thanks

    M

never heard of PR, "pricing" is known instores as Price Integrity or FMC (as it used to be called in the old days)...and no funny comments on the integrity bit thank you!! ;)
