can i ask a potentially stupid question as well - the people that sent their applications off, how did you include references ?
did you just attach emails to the email or contact details for referees ?0 -

You send back the application form and test attached to an email.0 -
How often do they open up recruitment? Looks like a lark.
Anyone who has worked for them: how much opinion can you get away with, and how long can the answers be? Meaning, if someone asks who’s to blame for the credit crunch, !!!!!! would you do?
Answers 120 character minimum, 153 maximum. You have a specific answer policy to follow, so you do need to be careful when it comes to opinion. Sometimes though, you haven't got any choice.
So, what would you do if someone asked your question? If you can give a good answer to it within 153 characters, you're probably just what they're looking for.If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
Doesn't say UK now! grr0

You'll go far in life, son.
Daughter actuallyFor what the job actually entails, the strictness of the test as mentioned before by someone who didn't get it simply because they used a comma instead of a semi colon is ridiculous. Its not because i couldn't be bothered, it was because whilst i am confident that i have a decent standard of English i knew it would not be good enough to pass their test.

I applied to join AQA in June, completed the application form and test and heard nothing for over a month. Because everyone else heard within a few days, I assumed I had failed, but then decided to email them to ask.
I was astounded to get the reply that I had passed the test!
I've just had my second review and I have to say that I'm thoroughly enjoying it. I work at all sort of odd times or not at all, depending on what's going on. I've never had my account suspended at review time - there is a section where your senior researcher has to state whether they need to speak to you or not. If they choose 'no', you can carry on working. As Mrbadexample says, the earnngs per hour vary, but I average between £3 and £5 per hour, depending on how busy it is.Mortgage Free as of 03/07/2017 :beer:0 -

thats how i felt, it was like "if thats what im up against im glad i didnt get in", thought at the time i was gutted, i thought it really was impossible to work out what they wanted from you, if you do go for it, GOOD LUCK!!0 -
thought I would just post the free question I sent and the answer which I think shows the degree of quick thinking that they are after ...
My husband wanted me to ask ' who is my dad '
two minutes later I got the reply
Your Dads name is likely to be Micheal, James , Robert , John , David , William , Richard , Thomas , Mark or Charles .
'Dad ' is probably acceptable though . :rotfl:
Although it still didn't really give the answer to the question that his mum has never answered there was certainly some one quick thinking on the other end lol£2008 in 2008 club member no 390
