can i ask a potentially stupid question as well - the people that sent their applications off, how did you include references ?

did you just attach emails to the email or contact details for referees ?

On the application form they send you via email it asks for name and phone number of referees.
You send back the application form and test attached to an email.

Answers 120 character minimum, 153 maximum. You have a specific answer policy to follow, so you do need to be careful when it comes to opinion. Sometimes though, you haven't got any choice.

So, what would you do if someone asked your question? If you can give a good answer to it within 153 characters, you're probably just what they're looking for.

Daughter actually For what the job actually entails, the strictness of the test as mentioned before by someone who didn't get it simply because they used a comma instead of a semi colon is ridiculous. I applied to join AQA in June, completed the application form and test and heard nothing for over a month. Because everyone else heard within a few days, I assumed I had failed, but then decided to email them to ask.

I was astounded to get the reply that I had passed the test!

I've just had my second review and I have to say that I'm thoroughly enjoying it. I work at all sort of odd times or not at all, depending on what's going on. I've never had my account suspended at review time - there is a section where your senior researcher has to state whether they need to speak to you or not. If they choose 'no', you can carry on working. As Mrbadexample says, the earnngs per hour vary, but I average between £3 and £5 per hour, depending on how busy it is.

thats how i felt, it was like "if thats what im up against im glad i didnt get in", thought at the time i was gutted, i thought it really was impossible to work out what they wanted from you, if you do go for it, GOOD LUCK!!

two minutes later I got the reply

'Dad ' is probably acceptable though . :rotfl:

Although it still didn't really give the answer to the question that his mum has never answered there was certainly some one quick thinking on the other end lol
