They do? I've never had my account frozen whilst I've had a review.I've never had to grovel either! I got marked down on a question once - I didn't agree with my supervisor, told her why, and she reinstated the mark.

I was curious as to why they ask you how many hours you can work. They don't expect you to stick to that then?
I think they're just after a general idea of what hours you're available. They need people on Friday nights and weekends, when it's busiest. I work way less hours than I originally said I could, and they don't seem to mind.I sometimes wish I had a few more hours to do it, as I find it quite enjoyable.
