Icesave/Kaupthing BACS/CHAPS Transfers - anyone received them yet?

I transferred from Kaupthing to my linked account on Monday morning by BACS. 90% of the time, that would have arrived yesterday; it didn't. The other 10% of the time, it would have arrived today; it didn't.

One has to conclude that the transfer was frozen, as in the case of IceSave, and will be credited back to Kaupthing (shortly?).

For IceSave (yes, I got hit on both of them), the credit was dated one day later, presumably losing one day's interest. I can handle that. Hopefully Kaupthing / ING act as quickly.

I'm in a similar situation with both Ice & KE. BAC transfers set up Monday, neither in linked account today. KE account still has small balance and is active. Icesave account was full balance transfer so all a/c closed and details removed. What's the situation with funds re Icesave? Should they be returned and the account re-instated or lost in limbo because there's no longer an account to be credited?
A bit worrying with £22000 total in question.

Mine is the same - I transferred out on Sunday morning, closing the accounts (2 out of 3 Icesave accounts so I still have 1 that I see when I log in). The accounts disappeared instantly off the Icesave screen and haven't reappeared yet, and nothing has appeared in my linked account

I transferred £15K out of KE on Tuesday and it was debited the same day. Haven't received in my linked account yet (Nationwide), but I wouldn't expect it to be there before tomorrow anyway.

With the account now owned by ING, I am tempted to get a term deposit withthe rest of the money in KE to fix the interest rate as with the yesterday's cut, the good interest rate is not going to last long, I think...

I initiated an Icesave transfer on Sunday morning and it was shown as debited on Monday. Today though I see that it has been re-credited to my Icesave account, so it looks as though they didn't actually run their BACS file on Monday or since.

Myself and friend withdrew from our KE accounts by BACS on Saturday, both our transactions recorded instantly and dated Monday 06/Oct. To date money has not arrived in our linked bank accounts or re-appeared at KE.

I made BACs withdrawals on monday and tues from KE, none are showing in my linked account yet.

Just phoned ke and advise withdrawal requested on tuesday will appear in my account by tomorrow or late tonight. The poor guy sounded really stressed and I feel sorry for them because they may lose their jobs.

Money requested Monday - nothing has arrived, same with my parents.

Why is there nothing on KE Website!? Dreadful service - we should at least received an email or something that says - Look we haven't sent your money, kick back, relax everything is cool etc

Instead, I get the delights of a constant engaged tone.

Can Martin contact anyone at KE and find out what's going on with Transfers from Monday?

Exactly same situation as me 3k isa icesave but can longer log in and KE 36k but is lost in cyberspace since Monday.
