No point EVERYONE ringing - when the question is the same, which is : I transfered X pounds on Y day, I haven't got it, where is it?
I'm not ringing up to ask what happened to a transfer. I want to know how do I access my money ! I've not been able to login to my account for 3 days...0 -

BACS transfers are taking about 5 business days rather than the usual 3.0 -
I am not impressed with KE at all. After the ICESAVE failure I logged on and double checked everything was OK. There were all these wonderful statements from them saying that had lots of momey etc and nothing to worry about.
Well that was not true was it.
So I did not move it. Now I have just transferred out the large we had there to B&B. I did not do it by chaps, maybe I shodl have?Self confessed Florida expert

I am an existing Kaupthing Edge and Heritable Bank customer. What does that mean to my account?
This means that the savings you currently have with Kaupthing Edge and Heritable Bank are safe.
In the short term your accounts will continue to operate in the same way using the same contact details, so you will not see any change. Your accounts will be managed by ING Direct.
Can I continue to transact on my Kaupthing Edge and/or Heritable Bank account?
Yes – please continue to access your account in the same way using the same contact channels as normal (via phone or web).“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

Just off the phone to KE customer services and they advised that they have a payments backlog and it WILL be processed. They estimated that my cash, transferred on Monday and Tuesday, should start arriving in my current account on the forthcoming Monday or Tuesday. In the current circumstances, they estimate a 5-6 working day period for it all to happen.
Don't know if that is a proper fact, or they are just passing on meaningless, reassuring mesasages. I will give them the benefit of the doubt.........until Tuesday.
Chin up, everyone. No reliance should be placed on the above.0 -
I've had trouble logging on for the last few days, which was worrying me more than a little.
Have just spoken to KE (held for 12 mins), they sent me a temporary password and I'm now in to my account. Phew! Well worth the phone call.0 -
