Nope. All i've got is the one they sent on the 15th and that didn't go into my junk mail.

hence they are still working away unless this was an automated

like Joanniepony, an email received would at least mean they are ok the case.

I haven't got an email either, still missing the £20K chaps initiated on the 7th but taken from account on the 8th.

This is another example of how ING continue to make this worse and worse. Clearly a bacs tansfer on the 11th has nothing to do with there previous explanations as to what they meant by manual transaction and yet now they are indicating it is such.

I cannot trust ING at this stage.:mad:

Actually, I'm a lot more worried now that I will get an email with a message similar to Mark's. No mail is good news, as far as I'm concerned!
