Kaupthing Edge CHAPS Transfer

I know this has been said in an earlier thread but I reckon that the great majprity of CHAPS transactions have not yet been actioned.

Mine was 7-Oct to HSBC 13:35 no sign as yet......

Maybe on Monday we do a straw poll?

Debjay, When did you do the original transfer ? And....was it BACS (you know the faster one) or CHAPS (slowest payment method in the world) :rolleyes:

Just got mine. Bacs on the 8th into First direct £35k. Off to B&B with that lot and hope for better luck.

I did BACS on 8th but as I said not sure if its arrived as BACS or not. Think its an instant payment as when I phoned Abbey earlier they could not see any pending payments into my account
