I want to slap every member of the Kaupthing department who should have processed the transactions back when we requested them. Or the Web team who should have disabled people making transfers in the first place so we could at least see our money SOMEWHERE. Grrrr.

I'm on a downer now. I know the money isn't going to come through by 5pm.

Bank of ENgland have called for a CHAPS exntension this eve until further notice, got this from HSBC chaps dept......

...dont know what it means though.....

It means nothing to me, as we know that Nationwide won't do anything else until Monday.

:-/ CHAPS request made pm on 7th, actioned am 8th, still nothing in HSBC.
At least it sounds some people are going to have a happy weekend - although it looks like NOT ME
