:j :j Got mine into Abbey but dont know if its CHAPS or BACS as just says transfer from outward payments but dont care at least I have it back safely. Hope everyone else is getting theirs back today too :T

The customer services man at ING said the money was moved in batches. Still waiting for the CHAPS transfer into my HSBC account. I noted a flurry of HSBC transfers at around 2 pmor 3pm (can't remember exactly), but I don't think there have been any recently.

may i suggest anyone who is repeatedly refreshing their online statement, log off, then log on again......you will then get access to the latest statement.....refreshing, depending on the IT system being used by your bank, may simply show you the page as it was yonks ago....trust me......i am now sober....i think.....just do it....log off then on again.....

Actually, I typed in BACS for the search and the site directed me to CHAPS thread. Sorry. Thought we were all in this together.:embarasse

I think there are many more than a hundred waiting for their dosh. It strikes me that nearly all chapsters are rather poorer than they should be. Probably thousands outstanding.

I got the first BACS payment (to Nationwide), but not the second.

Some good news is better than none. Scratch that i got both.
