Yep - still waiting for funds (£30K+) requested by CHAPS on Tuesday, 7 Oct midmorning to turn up in A&L. Ditto for my husband - have been very patient so far knowing that others in the same situation. Will keep checking.

Re CHAPS fee refund - this is mentioned and will be addressed as soon as ... see KE home page and click latest update link in ING's CEO's message.

The ING woman said on the phone that these were the telephone tranfers (mine was online). Am I the only one?

I'm tempted to transfer mine straight back now i know ING can deliver.

I transferred mine out before ING tookover, but we're in safe hands with ING i feel. Where is everyone else stashing their cash? Under the bed :rotfl:

On 7th I withdrew £34000 from KE with CHAPS and then a bit later the same day £279 with BACS to bring the account down to zero. My Nationwide account is my linked account. I have just received the £279 but not the £34,000 yet......

I posted this a while ago but thought I'd put it in again as this is such a massive thread. How come our payment came straight in 12 days ago when people who transferred on 6th lost theirs in the black hole which is ING?
