received at last to my RBS account transfer was done on the 7th, looks like they are coming through guys, fingers crossed for everyone

Hmm , looks like everyone who moved small amounts are getting them. Those of us with larger figures can go ***k ourselves...seroiusly fed up now...still, I bet ING are making a mint out of interest on OUR money..

Not in my case, nor many other users. It's also been very widely covered on this forum on various threads when people had login problems over the past year, and nearly always it was solved by them adding a capital which they didn't set-up at the start, search here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/search.html

May well be the first batch of sign ups before the changes their log-in system, but for all these, including mine, my memorable word has a capital, which I definitely didn't enter, when I signed up, and I can guarantee that. Same with what I mention with the memorable date.

Transferred by BACS last tuesday am and wednesday am. Both in my linked account now!!!

Things seem to be looking better, In the last few minutes several people awaiting BACS that werem't paid this morning have received CHAPS payments. Fingers crossed for all of us CHAPS & BACS people

Well, I've now received £250 back (requested 7 Oct 11.30 by bacs) into my first direct account via CHAPS. It appeared within the last 20 minutes. When I phoned them half an hour ago they said nothing was pending. Shows that their system really is live...

Still waiting for my £25k, which I instigated by CHAPS on 7 Oct 11am. Frustrating to say the least!!!
