I've rang my bank A/L and inquired if they can see money coming in and the CSA said that there isn't.

I then rang KE and didn't wait too long for someone to answer on the other end and said that ING are working hard to have all backlogs of transactions to reach their accounts by the end of business day today 17/10/08. She then said that it depends how quickly banks update their accounts and if it won't show tonight or tomorrow then she said it will be definitely Monday.
She then ask me to confirm my link account by asking my account number and sort code and said that it should definitely going to my current account.

I am not overly concerned as I am confident that I will still get my money back but just a bit disappointed. My other concern is that will receiving banks maybe a culprit as well if they won't update their accounts and if for example they have already received the money today but only update their accounts on Monday?:mad: These banks should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of the people who are already victims of this crisis. IMHO they should receive some kind of punishment as well.

(BACS instruction on 7th October - the narrative on FD just says "Advice confirms")

YES 2x £35k sums into BARCLAYS at 14:45. (No Interest, but will check my KE account later as they are still open with 2x £1 ballances.
What a relief. ING kept their word, but the grey hair has increased.

mine was for 10k so not sure that is the reason

I received more than 3 days interest on my money which is more than I would have got if my BACS had gone through in the normal way.

Fingers crossed for you - but at last I have every confidence that the money will come through.

Someone said 5pm but they will have a different cutoff when they must receive them in from ING, Barclays then have to process them

2 bacs both processed from KE on 7th (one initiated on 6th) now received into Lloyds tagged as F/FLOW.

Steady on.....our bank, KE defaulted.....and we have to look to the FSA to reimburse us........not ING not anyone else....not KE either as they have no money left......FSA guarantee........no more...no less! that how I view this....right or wrong.....
