Kaupthing Edge CHAPS Transfer

Just checked my HSBC account and have my £1k from Kaupthing. I requested this on 09/10 via bacs and it was debited from my Kauthing account 15/10. Just arrived via CHAPS ! Hope everyone else gets their money soon !

It was credited value date 17/10

See my earlier post - it has to be a capital letter...

...i had no idea either , till a week or so ago...probably some small print i didn't take any notice of !

Mines now showing in my account (14.40) but not as available funds. How do I know if its chaps or not. Has a stange code F/FLOW/.... What does that mean? If it was chaps wouldn't it be cleared funds instantly?

ARRRRGGHHHHHHHHH!

Anyone seeing a pattern here....This is EXACTLY the same as last friday. What, does ING payment processing department only work ONE half day a week or something (Friday Morning)

Just called ING for an update. Told the usual statement their Call Centre staff are reading from a piece of paper 'Yes Mr X, your money will be there by the end of the working day today'. The small number of payments that might not are the manual payments, ie not automated.

"Hopefully you will have all of your money by the end of today and you'll be a happy chappy!"

Dont f**king patronise me! Just show me my money!
