No money in my linked account yet! "By close of business Friday" suggested some payments might get through sooner, but maybe that's just wishful thinking.

My KE account still shows money in it so no chance it being in my linked account tomorrow!

I think Martin was just warning us that it will close but I interpreted it that he would still link it to another new thread on the subject and we would carry on.

No money in linked account yet, was hoping when they said by Friday it would be before then ...so we would all think how great they were.

My KE Account still shows nil and a withdrawal on 7 October, I was hoping that would change and I would see anew date on the withdrawal to show that there had been some activity on the account since then.

What worries me is that my account NEVER updates during the day ...just overnight ...so if it's not in tomorrow morning, don't know what I should do, because if I phone ING I know they will prob say to wait till close of business.

Mornin' everyone! just checked my account. no dosh coming through today by BACS. Made my withdrawal on Tuesday the 7th in the morning. Looks like there will be a whole tranch of payments tomorrrow! The UK payments system will need to be strong to hold up otherwise we'll be on the news again for breaking the system!

I know that last Friday's payments were via CHAPS, but I doubt that they had a grasp of the numbers involved at that point, which is why they stopped the transfers.

Good luck all, either way, this thread is sure to race past the 3000 mark come Friday morning...if not before :eek:. I shall miss it in a strange way .

If a CHAPS payment was requested,and they have the means now to honour it,surely, under banking code of practice,they have to pay it by CHAPS?
And TODAY (or yesterday)..........not Friday.That's the whole point of it.
The mystery thickens......but remain confident money will somehow come through tomorrow.
If they did a mass payments by BACS,why has money not left some KE accounts?
