Well I don't want to see any more updates on KE, ING or FCSC .... I wont be happy until people start coming on here and reporting good news on their funds.

I'm fed up of hearing "Your money is safe" and "You'll get your money"

The only other thing I can think of is a co-ordinated visit to ING Bank in London.

    Excellent idea. Count me in!

Administrators were appointed on the 8 October. We know some customers have received their money last Friday. We understand that the customers actioned their withdrawals on the 5 and 6 October. I requested mine on the 7 October. It would appear then that money is being paid out prior to the Administrators appoitment. Based on that I am confident it should not be too much longer before my money is received.

I still have money with KE in a fixed rate account and have no intention of withdrawing it.

I thought the Treasury / FSCS arranged the ING takeover?

Im sure the administrators were party to some of the discussions, I maybe wrong. If i am, Im sorry.
  • Sloughflint - we all know what the official party line is, but they are not making payments as we speak. Chaps payments can be made on a Saturday, not to mention a Monday and a Tuesday morning. They are NOT coming through.

My central heating has just packed up. I'm still waiting for my money and the mixer tap in the kitchen broke yesterday. I'm sure things can only get better from now.

Two of us turning up there I would agree, which is why we ALL need to consider the visit.

Sit on your backside and listen to the spin if you want, people that want their money back NOW can crack on and do something positive.
