Just got off the phone from ING, no surprises, your transaction is in a queue, all tx will be honoured etc, no access to your accounts, no you cannot speak to the payments team, etc etc.

Come on ING all you need is to provide your cust facing teams with an xls or db showing where you are in the processing of backlog tx - not that difficult in this day and age.

Your goodwill is in danger of being eroded.

Advised the above verbally to call centre supervisor - received platitudes in return.

Don't ING realsie that this is a customer retention issue? Do they not care?

Sorry I take this all with a pinch of salt. We know people received their money Friday and they had the money debited from the ke account 6 Oct.

Just joined this site. I am in a similar position to you all. Money transfered Tuesday by Bacs and not arrived.

Some good news though. As we speak Panorama are putting together a special about the Icelandic Banks and people trying to retrieve their money either from KE or Ice. I know they will be covering the missing Bacs and Chaps transfers. Maybe we might get some answers. I believe it is being transmitted on Thursday.

This is all sadly reminiscent of the posts last week where everybody was being given different stories by the various customer service agents. Obviously, something HAS changed since Friday as nobody is getting their money today. I haven't seen one post claiming that their money has arrived on this thread today. I am getting very scared again now. I was getting irritated by the anger shown by some last week when payments seemed to be coming through but I think anger is quite justified now. There MUST be something we can do. How did the press get on to us last time, or did somebody from the forum get onto them?

Thanks for the info, but I for one will want to know well before Thursday whats happening. Still no sign of my Tuesday BACS transfer

would be good if we could have it mentioned on this evenings news bulletin, it is definitely newsworthy... we could try emailing the news broadcasters...

Tried to help with this 'no access to your account' claim by ING in my post #1483. ING Direct emailed me today using an address which they could only have obtained from accessing my KE account. Have you received an unsolicited 'KE Savings News' email from ING Direct? If so, they've access to your KE account.
