I'm also waiting. Transfer initiated last Monday, two secure messages ignored :mad: . One fob off phonecall (phone back on Wednesday if not received):mad: and still no money.

Has anyone received a CHAPS payment actioned since Monday? I know that BACS have gone through but cant remember specifically anyone saying they had received a CHAPS?
As mentioned previously, I think you'll find that Monday CHAPS generally got processed before everything kicked off, so people got their money Monday and so aren't part of this discussion/issue. Monday afternoon / Tuesday CHAPS seem to be the first to be held up, and because it seems the only payments thus far are BACS from the weekend / Monday, there's no CHAPS old enough yet to have been processed.
Im very suprised and disappointed that nothing seems to have happened today, the only thing I can think is they've reverted to BACS payments now rather than CHAPS for all, so the money won't start arriving until mid-week.My Excel Mortgage Calculator Spreadsheet: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=11571730 -
Surely the fact that some posters on Friday recieved payments it is reasonable to expect someone on this thread to have recieved funds today if ING have been clearing the backlog0

I don't think there is any way to do that, best, if you want to, setup a separate thread recording those who have recieved there money.
Probably not much point though.
Also as with my other posts there are thousands of people missing money, not just the couple of hundreds on this forum.
The idea of the poll was to see the average amount owed, and it's quite a decent figure, leading to 7-10 million missing from us MoneySavers alone!0 -
Just phoned ING, 0800 3768877 was told to ring 0845 6038888 as all accounts had been transferred and they would be able to inform me as to whether my money would be transferred or bounced back to my KE account. What a load of piffle!!! After hanging on for aroung 5 minutes, a young Welsh lady told me all accounts have been transferred over to ING, but no information could be accessed! When I asked her how long it would be before anyone could give me any info on my account, her reply came....... " I have no idea, it's just a case of sitting tight and waiting. But your money is 100% safe" I asked her why there was a lot of movement of money to linked accounts on Friday, but virtually none today, she replied "We do not know what they are doing at KE" So I asked her WHO actually was doing the transfers, ING or KE? Did not get a reply. She told me people had done CHAPS and BACS payments as long ago as 2 WEEKS ago, and these had still not shown up in customers linked accounts, - I wasn't that worried - but after speaking to the ING Welsh lady - I think I could be in for a long wait.0

As yet,there are no suggestions that ING are NOT processing and indeed honouring transfer requests,only an official web-site statement that they ARE.
They will surely be aware,and if not certainly should be,that they are losing plenty of potential savers by the hour as payments don't come through.....just reading this thread would tell them that.
Hopefully,they will really get on it with now....or the consequences in terms of lost customers could become quite serious for them you would think(?)
But then PR doesn't seem to be their strong point....remember Working Lunch said "ING are not being very helpfull".0 -
Shithouse. I haven't received my payment today either (BACS on Tuesday evening). I was hoping to get it today. Come on ING, pull your finger out. This isn't instilling confidence in all these potential customers of yours.0
