Great news for everyone who has got their money back so far, :j done mine Tuesday as a CHAPS, not received yet, but glad to know it will be coming soon.

I made my first withdrawal out of KE by BACs on Monday.

Arrived in my HSBC account at about 1.45 today, while I was on the phone to HSBC customer services actually.

It looks like ICICI might be in the same position soon.. Thankfully they are covered by the FSCS scheme too.

Hi, has anyone had their money back yet from KE isle of man? I am still waiting for a BACS done on Sunday, and a (duplicate) CHAPS done Monday, which I did because the original transfer seemed to have disappeared. Both amounts were taken from my account on Tuesday value Monday (7th) leaving me with a substantial overdraft! But I have not received either payment into my account with Nationwide yet.

Has anyone received a Chaps payment as yet (rather than a BACS converted to CHAPS).

If so what was the date and time of the original transaction?

..i did my first bacs transfer for 5k on monday morning. just arrived in my nationwide acnt. waiting now for further chaps transfers made on tuesday night and wed morning......am greatly relieved........

Yes, just looked on Reuters and it appears ICICI (Indian bank) may be next.

Thankfully I closed that account some months ago due to rubbish website and lousy customer service.:cool:

Yeah, just reading another forum on here and people are saying the website has become unresponsive!! Thankfully, I pulled my funds out of there some time ago!
