    I've been Money Tipped!
I rarely shop in an Asda, but yesterday I passed the one at Milton Keynes so I thought I would pop in.

I gave over a few coupons, not bought any of the products and they were all accepted no problem.

I wish I had an Asda close, they had loads of good offers. I felt like I was in a £ shop.

That would make Mr T complicit in fraud :rotfl: ... that's what they are doing if they take them. Mrs A is also breaking the terms of the coupon - it is fraud against the supplier of the coupon.

Low prices is what we ALL want and we want them ALL of the time. Coupons and things like "25% free" are really something we have already paid for aren't they? It means we were charged more than we should have been before the offer was live. Who pays for the printing, the advert costs and the handling of them in the store and the verification later so the suppliers are happy that they get paid the right amounts? We all pay

I wish I lived nearer an ASDA because they seem to have the right attitude with the "Always low price" approach (especially now with energy bills being what they are)

Anyone who has seen some of my posts here will know what I think about the importance of recognising customers have a right to privacy. Mr T shops with their loyalty card is hardly respectful of privacy (and it must cost them a fortune to run the scheme and who pays for that?)

Don;t get me wrong... I'm happy to take advantage of a good discount but without fraud/within the law is where I am on it :A

Not that I am actually an angel of any kind at all :D

Sorry but I have to ask, do you have shares in ASDA? lmao

You seem to think they're marvellous.
Asothers have pointed out, they've accepted coupons for YEARS and happily taken the money. And as for them being the "best price", that's a laugh! i find asda expensive overall compared to tesco, less offers, poorer quality.
And most of all, they have no poibnts scheme
We have had, in the last 3 years, 3 haven holidays, 2 pontins holidays, 4 family days out for 4 at Blackpool pleasure beach, all with clubcard deals, gained only from the clubcard scheme. I have now £200 worth of clubcard vouchers ready to convert to £800 worth of deals. They are all FREE and a bonus just for shopping ast tesco. 5 holidays and 4 premium days out!!!!

    Asda are WAY behind tesco!
I can be brown I can be blue I can be violet and sky. I can be hurtful I can be purple I can be anything you like..Gotta be green gotta be mean gotta be everything more...

i agree i swapped to t's for the coupons n my bill is cheaper and much better quality stuff, also u get the points which i bought me rac wiv and topped wiv a lovely 25% of coupons which saves me around £35 week (which i invest in christmas stamps).

Have u noticed asda have a couponet site now wiv moc's on, they must be missin all those coupons so have decided to go into buisness with c/n now --- maybe they missin the revenue.....
