Polka you should write it down or better still print your post off and file in a book of memories of his childhood.

she has those fitted in the flat already,i hear they last quite a while, i had some free ones sent to me by SWALEC electricity, and they dont fit anything here, is it worth passing them on?0 -

Focus on the things you have done and not what you haven't done. I constantly feel overwhelmed by it all but I try not to let it worry me any more. Things have to be done one step at a time. You will get there and things will improve, stick with it we are all here to help and support each other

Possibly!! Have said that I will go for a year, oh is going forever and he will come back after a year if he doenn't like it!!! V scary but exciting at the same!! Worst bit will be me and the kids missing my mum and dad but they have said that they will come and visit.
