    Michelle, you haven't had a proper nights sleep in ages, don't beat yourself up about it, just take your time and enjoy your baby and littleun instead of everything else.

    Just do the basics to see you through, washing, etc, until the sleep routine changes - we'll all still be here and encourage you when you feel more human - just take a step back and rest. You need it.
