    Hi everyone

Just wanted to let you know I've not gone away-not able to sit too long so alternating between sitting and lying so I've been trying to see what you've all been up to but not very easy. Just decided it'll be best if I rest up and get back on when my hip says its okay-but I've seen the benefits of flylady in a big way as I've not had to stress that there are things that need doing...thank you everyone.

Hi Polka, glad you're still with us, although sounds like you are having a few problems - take it easy and we'll nag you when you're up and about again (well, others might, I'm in no situation to nag when I haven't done much myself... :D )

I was so proud of myself this morning - I went a bit mad on Wednesday and did everything on the lists downstairs (killing myself off in the process - was Knackered Thursday) - but this morning when a friend came round to visit, I just had to quickly vacuum up the dog hair everywhere (seriously, they should be bald by now - I would be if I lost that much hair!) and the place looked great! We all sat having coffee in the kitchen at the new table and everywhere looked all sparkly and nice - Something I couldn't have done on a Saturday morning before this - A BIG THANK YOU to all of you for all your encouragement and helping me get on top of it all... IT WORKS!:T :T :T

Aw, we wouldn't think you were showing off at all, and anyway, you're allowed to - I for one would love to see it as I've heard all about it...

I use flickr - just upload it on there from wherever you have saved it on your computer - once saved on there, if you click on it, you will see along the top where it says "all sizes", click on that, then choose the size you want for the thread (you see how it will look) and copy the url (just underneath the photo) and upload as you would normally. (Ohh, that sounds a bit rambly, hope you get what I mean...)

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
Haven't done much apart from a load of washing, but I've been transfering photos over from the digital camera to the computer so I can take it in with me on my placement to take some pics for my NVQ folder.... just wanted to share this pic with you. The reason I've not done any flying this week is that I've worked Tue-Friday (30 hours this week instead of just the usual 18) doing an art project with the year 6 kids and an artist. They took cardboard tubing, newspaper, masking tape, mud rock and poster paint and created these :

    SV400063.jpg
All Victorian Characters. Left to Right they are : Chimney sweep (Named Oliver by the kids), Queen Victoria, Isambard Kingdom Brunell and a Mill worker (named Milly by the kids). DD even helped out a little after school :D:rotfl:

Right, on with the flying....
