Does this account operate via Direct Debits between linked account and the eSaver, or BACS payments in and out.

How long do transfers take from your linked account to the B&B eSaver, and how long do they take from the eSaver to your linked account as a withdrawal?

Been biten from waiting ages for transfers from Iceland, so want something speedy should I need to get our money in a hurry!

Is anyone else having problems logging into this account? When I received my userID I tried logging on using the password I'd set up on application but it wasn't recognised and eventually locked me out. I called them to reset the account and they've sent me a new temporary password but it's not recognising this one either

It works by direct debits between your linked account and e saver. I find the website very good but I believe the transactions I've made, which were all into the e save account, took 5 days.

The passwords and user names are case sensitve but I presume that's not the problem. I know when I first logged on for security reasons I had to change my initial password to another.

It's not a case sensitive issue, I've checked and double-checked. Guess I'll have to ring them again and check that they did in fact re-set the account after I locked myself out the other day.

Money moved in from your linked a/c is collected by direct debit, withdrawals to your linked a/c are made by BACS transfer.

IME, if you request a transfer from B&B before 12 Noon on Monday, the money arrives in your linked account on Wednesday. Leave it until after 12 noon and the transfer takes a day longer

Just posted my second direct debit form because the first one didn't set up.

Nice thing though is you earn interest even if the direct debit fails, so I made a few pennys by having nothing in my account!

The wording on the website regarding transfers is very confusing IMO. If you're setting up a DD transfer into B&B then the first available date is always in a couple of days time. It also says this is the date your B&B account will be affected. So what's the point of the 2 day wait?
