Anyone know any better cheaper for a Motorola V500, A925, A1000 than
    http://www.gsm-software.com/unlock/unlockmotorola.html

    Works out about £12.

When I called Orange they wanted £20 which was less than I thought (out of contract min period)

Does anyone know if it's possible to remote unlock a motorola e550.I have searched many sites and they say this model can only be done by data cable. If so, is it easy to do for a 'not so tech minded' person and where would be the cheapest/best place to get a cable from .I'm sorry if this has been answered before.

    Kenny :)

I tried to unlock a Virgin Nokia 3100 with a code calculated by trycktill.com by entering the provided code ending with '7' and as this didn't unlock the phone I tried it with the provided code ending with '1'. This didn't work either.

Then I wanted to have the code calculated by 'unlocknokiafree' (or so) and there was an additional information needed: GEN and then eg. 'Griffin' or 'Old Griffin' or 'V1' or 'Originl' etc. What does this mean?

Can you help me with the right code?

    Thanks, Schumi
