Hi Yall, I must be a walking desarter zone on a Friday. I'm still nrusing a black and blue left hand after mangling it in a loft ladder last Friday and this morning leaving the house to wlk the MATHLETTS up to school I went base over tip on some ice and have bashed me good hip. I'm not sure whether it is better to bash your one good hip or bash and already painful bad hip:confused: . Just need me back to go again and Mrs MATH can pop a sprig of holly on me nose and send me off to the knackers yard. lol

Mrs MATH has been offered a job where she is currently temping (yeh) but the salary is less than a quater of what she normally earns (boo) Her monthly take home pay only just covers the mortgages:eek: Still it's better than a kick up the bum with an open toed sandle! We're praying for better job offers in the new year - feel free to pray for us also if you are so inclinded:A

Mini MATHLETT has gone on a Santa explore with his and another local school today and was a tad excited when I left him! For a 'tad excited' read running around like a complete nutter that has only been fed e numbers since Easter. At least he blended in with the rest of the class.

We are out enfamile tonight at the older MATHLETTS Youth Club Christmas party. They always serve this fab chocolate refridgerator cake so Mrs MATH and I will be performing out usual party piece. ie I create a diversion by dropping my trousers during musical bumps and she snaffles the lot into her handbag:p Ha Ho - it's an old trick but it works.

    Catch yall later

You should post a warning when you are about to make people laugh - I nearly choked myself.:xmassmile

Good luck for the new year and I hope your hip (or hips) gets better.

    Hi Everyone

Had a lovely massage last night as a late birthday present, which was greatly needed.

Feeling really tired as I'm going through a bad sleeping patch at the moment.

Got tomorrow off, which I can't wait for.

    Hope everyone's ok

LOL @ MATH. At least my PC screen gets cleaned regularly these days :rotfl:

Been to see DS2 be a King. This entailed bribing him into wearing his little outfit (while he watched his best friend point blank refuse to be a shepherd :D) He then proceeded to sit through most of it wearing his "1000 yard stare", looking like he hadn't been to bed in a week. Most of my video of him is staring stage right, while the little boy next to him spent the whole time with his finger up his nose (and eating it, bleurgh :silenced: )

kiwichick - the bod has had the wax treatment with no ill after-effects. When you've been doing it yourself for years, it's easy and very cheap. MATH - I'm surprised you don't do these treatments at chez-salon MATH. A lucrative little earner, no doubt. Do you think it would go down well, advertising on the notice-board at church

Ok, off for some left-overs for lunch, then a fight with the VCR then to the barnet-croppers. :snow_grin

(pigs - this is a new keyboard and the space bar is playing up. Something to do with Mr TM's heavy handed typing, methinks)

I got the tickets!!! Woo - Christmas Eve - A Christmas Carol! 2nd row from the back!!!! lol.... :snow_laug
£11.25 each (inc fee) - so cheapish. Plus another £10 each to get there and back! Had to get babysitter sorted first. OH had better behave himself until then, or I'll take someone else!

So who cares that I have had to shave off some money from the shopping budget?! I mean, who needs food when you can be in the same room as Patrick Stewart (albiet a rather long way from Patrick Stewart!) :snow_laug

I have got so much to do tonight, ready for tomorrow - so off to get dinner on early! :xmassign:

Oooh, Charlotte, you lucky thing :D Blow him a kiss from me :snow_grin

I'm so excited cos I'm getting me glad rags on (I lead such a sheltered life :D) Typing with 2 fingers, very carefully cos done me nails (Boots, £1 plus £5 off voucher :D) Just opened a very nice bottle of red, so I expect I'll be singing (or swinging) by the time I get picked up *hic* Found all me posh make-up. You know, line filler, posh concealer/foundation, extension lead for cement mixer :rotfl: Better find those scholl party feet thingies cos it's the killer heels tonight too.

Sally - hope you're getting all dolled up too. BTW - Mr TM didn't notice the haircut, but then, the only major reaction I ever got was when I went from long hair to a really really short crop complete with colour change :D Hope your OH notices the hair.

OK, off to get sozzled while I catch up on here, then it's on with the war paint..........
