  • Do I Just Pick Any Code?
  • I had three posts in this week's printed list marked Add Smart. However, not only does the on-line schedule no longer have Add Smart against any post; I'm also being asked to return the two Smarts that I've got.

Has this happened to anyone else? Does it signify anything? I'm happy to leave the decisions to them, but it seems a bit strange and it would be nice to understand what they're up to. It's the first time it's happened, and I've been doing the survey nearly a year.
  • Don't worry The on-line schedule is the most upto date. I have had this happen, and I am still with them.
    Good Luck
  • I've just joined today, so we'll see how long they keep me on.

This isnt anything to worry about.

I always double check the online schedule for changes.

As for Smarts, they regularly ask me to send them back.

Hi, I hope you don't mind if I ask a couple of questions as I have only been doing these surveys for a month or so.

Firstly I received a posting schedule today and for one of the items it says add smart but on the website there is no mention of. I do have a smart so am I meant to put that in or just ignore it?

Secondly in the "where to post" column it says "Post Office". Does this mean I have to go to the Post Office which I have as one of my post boxes rather than just my local post box? If so, it is a bit of a pain as the Post Office is about 2 miles from my house.

If its says add smart and you have none just put none added.

If it says Post Office you have to post it in your named Post Office. Pain or not this is the 'nature of the beast' I'm afraid.

Catkins - The System tells you which SMART to allocate on the thursday before the week you are due to post. If there is no smart code after Thursday you can allocate it yourself.

If you really can't get to the PO just post in your local box as long as you tell them which one you have posted in.

The website takes precedence over the paper schedule so go by the online instructions. It says so somewhere in the training.

Don't list a post office/post box if it's too difficult to get to. If you've already got one in your list that you use as a post box then it's fine to use it as your post office too, they just want to check how efficiently the post office boxes are emptied.

Hi, Wonder if someone could clarify this please.
Just about to complete my training session, and received my first smart to post in a few days. But what are the 'yellow stickers' for? Can't seem to find any info on this, but do recall seeing a forum/thread discussion that the requirement for them is or has been phased out?
    Thanks in advance:D
