Been doing this for a while now, but not always at home and able to post them at the right times. Does anyone know how i can unsubscribe?

    Many thanks

You just need to e-mail them and they'll remove you but it might take a few week to stop all mail being received.

  • Yippee, have finally been accepted for this! I used code RMWEB01. Used a different code last time and they told me they had enough applicants.

I have just posted my second letter but haven't received anything for next week yet
it says online that I have 2 to post should I have received them by now ???

I usually receive a brown envelope containing test items i have to post on Friday of every week, so theres no need to worry just yet.

If it hasnt arrived when the postman comes on Fri, then give them a ring
  • When you're doing a misdelivery/correctly delivered survey do you have to include test mail? i'm asking because my test initials aren't my own initials so technically its not correctly addressed! or do you just count it as being correct?

Correctly addressed ignores all initials - its only based on the address part as being correctly addressed

    - Well that's how I understood the instructions

The above is correct. We count all the test items as its only mail that is for a different address they are intrested in.

    HI
Got my training kit this morning! Just had a read through the instructions and have question about mail boxes?
I have a mail box just down the road, will it be enough to just put that one or do they want more, they havent said on the sheet.
    Thanks

    Hi Chili
You will need at least 2 as sometimes you get asked to post at a box outside a Post Office.
You can have up to 10 boxes registered.
