Hi,
Your barcode label goes on the large grey plastic envelope on the outside. You use this to send back all item that get sent to you once a week. The letter being sent out should have a label with an R code on it eg: R1234

Just thought I would add they have really clear instructions on their site. HTH

Hi all, can I just ask a quick question?

I have just received my first training postings, which I have prepared and entered. Do I have to enter the letters received as part of the training on the received bit on the website? or is that for after training when you start to receive items properly? I can't get through on the help line. Thanks a lot x

You only log letters which have your 'test' initials on them as received items, anything thais addressed to you as 'normal' is not logged on the website - your packs from RI should be addressed to you normally.

A couple of questions i cant find the answer to - firstly when returning things to kantar it says you have to put a barcode on the envelope, do you put the whole sticker on including the writing that says "please attach this label to the envelopes that you return your items to us inside"? secondly do you attach one of the barcode stickers when you are returning smarts in the smart envelope?

I put the whole sticker on the back of the big envelope which I return every Friday/Saturday which I fill with all the received items from the week.

I also put one on the back of the SMART envelope, but I know others don't and other shave been told by Kantar that they don't need to do this as the SMARTS are registered with you from when you've put your entries in online and so they know where they are returned from! However, as I get sent two barcodes a week I use them both up in this way.
