Can anyone help me? I've been doing the survey for a few weeks now but am stumped by the pack I've received today.
It says to post an item to a company at a freepost address, the posting type is 'response services' and to add a smart but I've received nothing in my pack that could relate to this (other than the white R sticker to stick on an insert I don't have). Am I missing something from my pack?
On my printed posting schedule nothing is listed to be included in the pack in the 'office use only' part (other than an envelope for another item I'm to send) but there is something listed in the 'RIC Lic. Holder' boxes on the right hand side. Do I just write out my own envelope?

You should have an envelope as usual it might only have a companies name and "Freepost XXXXXXXX" or something along those lines.
If you haven't got it you'll need to ring them on monday to let them know

They did forget to put an envelope in my pack once too, I rang up about it and they cancelled the posting off my schedule. Give them a ring on Monday!0

Thanks a lot for that Essenchill, just as I thought. Should have done first training postings this week but I was away (I did let them know). So I have got two lots this week. I had to email them to add a box that wasn't on the system, which apparently has been done. I still can't bring the box up to enter it though. Yeah i got one of them.
It sort of looks like it 'was' orange, but got left in bright sunlight for a few weeks- sort of washed out orangy pinky peachy...The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0 -
I received two of these today as well. I've got quite a few things to send out this week and not many smarts in stock (have only received a couple of items last week) so presumed that was why they sent me them.0
