A smart is a small orange (at the moment) A5 size flat packet that has a tracking thingy in it so they can track some of the posting items through the postal system. You will receive them in items that are posted to you, you record them on the website. Then you will have to send them out in certain items that you post. On the website it will tell you which smart to put in which item.
When you do start to get them it will all become clear very quickly, honestly!
There is also a section on them in the online training which will probably explain a lot better than I have done. :rotfl:

btw I won the £10 today! hope it's my lucky day 'cos I had a job interview this afternoon!

edit: you usually get a package from Kantar once a week with the items to post for the following week. though this is not fixed in stone and sometimes I get a set 2 weeks early. hth

I have not got any post items to complete next week either?? I have also had to return all my smarts.

I haven't got anything next week either.
I think they might be restocking the smarts so might come out a different colour. they did this in the past - i assume the smarts only have a certain lifespan.

We had the first 'package' through the post and sent both letter a couple of weeks ago, it included 6 1st class and 4 large 1st class stamps. But this week we got another package but there was no stamps included for us to use for own use. Is this the norm??

Depends what date the posting schedule is for. I got 2 x 6 first class and 4 large in my pack last week - you only get the stamps monthly though

I thought they sent the 1st class stamps every time they sent packages through.

You usually get packages weekly but stamps monthly HTH, although if they ask you to do surveys you get £6 Love To Shop voucher for that as well but that's not regular.

It would be a very expensive operation if we all received the 2 books of stamps every week - nice thought though!

I had the last couple of weeks in a row with only one thing to post, made up for it the week after though with 6 things. Although on 2nd look some are on the same day so not too bad. It all seems to even out in the end!

I have had a new looking smart in my post last week, it was a paler colour but everything else was the same. Looked brand new though, so they could be updating. I also had to send one back, which was the first one so far since joining in August!!
