Can't you click on 'search for post box' and enter the street name?

Failing that I would e-mail them!

Have just signed up hopefully they'll need extra people in my area and will keep me on. We've just moved 200 miles away from family and lots of our friends so I always have cards and presents to post back up to them so the free stamps would be fantastic. :)

  • Thought I would just mention that I have been a panelist for quite a few months now and I had alot of trouble getting to the post office to post items and also couldn't post between say 10-12.30 as I was at work.

I emailed them and told them this and they were fine about it, so most of the stuff I have to send just goes in normal post boxes and normally around the same time everyday. I've had no problems and have remained on the panel.

O/H gets a bit fed up with all the received mail though!

    :hello:,

After reading on here about the postal survey I rang them about it before I joined and the lady Joanne was so nice to me and told me what I would do so I now have a clear understanding and my welcome pack will be with me soon.I am giving it a go and if its not for me I can ring free and say so and be removed,But I will give it a 2 week trial and see how I go,I hope to stay as then I can write more letters with the stamps I get from them for doing this.I cant wait to get started. Also If I am not sure about anything I will ask here as well if thats ok for someone to reply with to me with but I am sure I will do well.

Hi Katie, lots of people on here will be very happy to help you. However I would say that before asking on here, you work your way through both the training information as well as the faq on the site. Most of your questions will be answered there and you will turn into a real expert. It feels like a bit of a chore but it's an important and responsible piece of work to help improve postal services, and not just about how many stamps we get. As you've found out, Joanne is also brilliant at encouraging and helping us.

good luck, you'll find it gets easier as you go on and I'm sure you'll do really well, you sound like the sort of person that cares about doing a good job.

    Liz
