If you receive an item which doesn't have a R number you would select no R number found and then if it isn't the item listed on the screen it would give you a number to write on the yellow sticker.

BUT this is being phased out for a simpler way which you will receive an e-mail about when it is changed for you.

Is the site broken?

I am trying to register my postbox, I go through the wizard and it finishes, takes me back to the homepage, but it hasn't registered the postbox... I am trying to mark an item as sent this afternoon but it's asking for the postbox and is saying I have none registered.

It can't just be me having this problem??

Seems ok to me - but then again I haven't tried to add a brand new one - just one that was already on there and it tells me that it is (if that makes sense) give them a quick ring and see what they say

I have sent them an email with the problem, still waiting for a reply.

It is definitely a problem with the website, if I click the item in the schedule then try to mark as sent, I go through the wizard until it asks me to select the postbox, I have none added so I select the only option to add one now, I carry on through the wizard, it finds the postbox - tells me the street, but then it goes back to step 1 "Was the item posted today?" and just loops round like that. Tried this in 2 different web browsers so must be a problem with their web application.

This is annoying because I have posted my letter on time but they will think that it has not been posted yet:(

UPDATE:

got a reply to my email, they recognise the problem and told me to destroy my posting plan and don't post anything else, keep the envelopes with stamps on for myself!!

I've just joined- first pack today.
When I go to Manage Post Boxes, it doesn't show any I've added- not sure if it should do. When I try to re-add it says already added.

Also, I got my first pack today. Do i need to 'enter recieved item'- I can't find a code...?

No you dont enter posting pack only envelopes inside according to your schedule day

what happens if you go to a postbox and it hasn't got a number on
how do you register it then ??
