I emailed them this afternoon ....
Still no pack. Will make contact with them tomorrow as I think I should inform them, especially as from the sound of their response to you they haven't had a late mailing out at their end but a batch may have gone missing... I've checked the website and have three items to post next week, one of which is due to be posted Tuesday... The problem for me is that the post comes so late in the day that often their office is closed by the time I know it's not arrived again!! Will send an email in the morning I think.0 -

I'd email them and say you haven't received them, they won't take you off the list or think you are a pain, I have always found them helpfulPenny Pinching Pauline0 -

I received my first item with my fake initials today.
It was a fold-over cardboard thingy with a SMART inside.
I've recorded the SMART and everything, and added it to stock in my clear envelope .
Now it says to return the paper insert to Research International. Do you reckon I should be using
1) the big white plastic envelope to return to Kantar in West Brom or
2) the cardboard thing itself, which is designed to be torn off, resealed and reused and sent to Dept R in Coventry
I reckon it's (2) but I don't see any instructions about such items in any of the literature.0 -

You need to return all the items you receive each week to Kantar (Research International) and they usually ask you to post things back on a Friday, that way you remember each week to send the weeks batch back. Use the big plastic envelope to return all the received items for the week. And it's the envelope (cardboard thing in this case) and the paper insert which need returning!
If you get stuck with something like that, log into the website and go to the FAQ section, this will explain clearly what you need to do.0 -
