Thank you Essenchel and Jonven. I phoned them to check and they explained that the cardboard thing used would be something a participating company was using in their normal mailings. So you were quite right, although it appeared to have instructions for its resealing and return to the address in Coventry, it was just a normal piece of mail which should be sent back to Kantar in West Bromwich in the normal way.

Oh I see them! Because I hadn't had to do this before I had completely ignored the existence of those. Thanks for pointing this out.

My pack arrived today for next weeks postings, along with this months stamps, they are quite late delivering these, they usually come well in front

Half past four? is that not a wee bit late to get your mail? I thought all mail had to be delivered by 3PM.
