I have not recieved next weeks pack either but got my stamps today in a normal envelope with a slip in saying please find enclosed your monthy incentive, never had this happen before.

Thanks very much for this, have signed up for it and have had an email telling me that 18 1st class stamps & a few other things are being sent out to me. I only applies yesterday and the email giving me the information about my stamps and details of my first job were there when I checked my email this morning.

Hi, I've not received mine yet

It was my first week last week (well first week at new address), and I defintely have items on the schedule for posting next week, so will give them a call if it doesn't turn up tomorrow.

If anyone phones them in the meantime, please post the response on here!

Hi guys, I have been doing the survey for a while now, can i join in?

I have nothing to post for next week, nothing on the system either, but i have recieved stuff for the week after and that is on the system.

Relieved to see I'm not the only one who hasn't received next week's posting pack!

I emailed them this afternoon and this was the response I got:

"Thanks for letting us know and apologies that you have not received your pack.

If you have not received the pack by Monday please let us know because your incentives stamps should be in this pack.

I have put a note on our system to cover this so please do not worry and we hope to have next week’s pack with you soon. If in the mean time you do receive your pack of items to post, then please post them according to schedule or if it arrives part way through the week then please post the items the same day the following week.

UPDATE: Received pack on Thurs!

Hi I got accepted and today recived my welcome pack with letters to post but it didn't include the 12 1st class stamps or the 4 large letter stamps that it says should be included, Do you recon these may come seperatley or should I e-mail?

Mine came with the letters to post, they are right at the bottom of the big envelopes usually
