Signed up for this 2 weeks ago - got accepted online - never rec'd my confirmation email and had nothing in the post. How long do you have to wait to get the pack ? Thanks

I recieved my welcome pack within a couple of days. The email confirmation arrived within a couple of days too. I think it depends where you live as to how quickly they get back to you.

This is exactly true.:T Some people may not post in the right timeframe or date, for whatever reason. If they say 'We are asking you not to contribute because you posted at the wrong date/time' the person will undoubtedly start up a whole dispute over it, where they will deny sending at the wrong time etc. etc. etc.

Easier just to use the post-code excuse.

Is anybody (besides the newbies who've just joined) still awaiting their pack for w/c 2nd Feb? I usually have next week's pack by now but haven't heard anything yet. Don't think I've been bumped as next week's postings showing on website.

I too received two items from the same company but without Smarts, I think RI are trying to monitor multiple mail items to the same address sent on the same day to see if there is consistency in the mail system.

If you haven't received it by tomorrow I would 'phone them (Kantar) and let them know.

I haven't received next week's envelope either and sometimes I had 2 weeks in advance. Wondered if I was going to get the email too as I have only had 1 letter a week to post for the passed 3 weeks and haven't been receiving many either. Been doing this for almost a year and I would certainly miss all the stamps.
